What is the shelf life of your whole bean and ground coffee?
To ensure peak freshness, we recommend consuming our coffee within 3 to 4 weeks of delivery. Store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ellianos Coffee only ships within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities in the near future.
What is your return policy for coffee products?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I use Ellianos gift cards for online coffee purchases?
Physical gift cards purchased at our drive-thru locations are currently for in-store use only. Online store purchases require a separate digital payment method or an online-specific e-gift code.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
